Persevere, persevere, persevere

Perseverance can be difficult. We need encouragers and affirmers to keep us on track. These come in many guises. For the newly converted in Antioch, Paul and Barnabas ‘put fresh heart in the disciples.’ For us today, our encouragement may come from soul friends or spiritual directors; from worship or ritual; from meditation or spiritual reading; from a mindful walk to acts of charity. Acts of charity have the innate capacity to encourage us in our pilgrimage toward Love.

Who can I help to persevere today?

Who will I allow to minister to me?
