Glimpses of God

I do not know God. How can I? It would be sensory and spiritual overload. But I do catch glimpses that nourish and sustain me. Creation immerses me in an exuberant, generous God. Art introduces me to a painterly God, reflecting Love stroke by stroke. Music expresses the voices of God: from sonic boom to gentle whisper. Scripture and holy books plunge me into the essence of God. Most of all I “... discover that Christ wears many garments and speaks a variety of languages. He is every man and every woman ...” (Ron O’Grady)
