Heed the stranger

The Hellenists were strangers, foreigners to the majority Hebrew members of the church in Acts. At one level, this church by growing numerically was healthy, but at another level, it was wilting, wavering on its gospel foundations – the new faces were being “overlooked.” To truly be a church of Christ, we have to be people who go out of our way to fully embrace the stranger beside us!
