You’re full of demons.

When we don’t understand something we can choose many ways of acting. If the topic is something very dear to us we may try and persuade the other to our point of view or attack their ideas or them.

Stones are great weapons to inflict pain. They can also build paths and bridges. Think about your own stone throwing. Choose a stone and on one side write a regret you have when you have attacked some one. On the other side write a gift that you have that brings hope and reconciliation.
