“Repent, and believe in the Gospel.”

In all today’s readings there is a theme of being asked to prepare for great change in our lives – to make ourselves ready to be received into God’s kingdom. To achieve this, Jesus says in Mark’s Gospel that we need to repent and believe. He was so concerned about our unawareness of our need to change that he asked some of his disciples to help Him teach people how to achieve this. Please God let me help in this great work in whatever capacity You have decided for me.
