Hannah’s example

In the First Book of Samuel, Hannah prayed to God for a child and promised that if He granted her request she would give the child back to Him as a Nazirite (which means “a separated or consecrated person”). This she did. Hannah went on to praise God for all His blessings. Hannah’s faithfulness and the thanks she gave God for blessing her with her child, Samuel, is a wonderful example, and shows that nothing is impossible for God. If it is His will we will receive all we ask for. “It is right to give Him thanks and praise.”
