The long haul

It seems a little boring to be always on the ready for the Master’s return. The faithfulness and wisdom of such an ordinary life are rewarded with a demand for more faith and wisdom. Can I put up with such a life for the sake of the kingdom or do I seek entertainment and novelty in Catholic life over faith and wisdom? Rough judgement awaits me if I have not sought knowledge of what is good and true and used it in the service of God
