A Cheerful Giver

God loves a cheerful giver – one who willingly and graciously lives one’s life in the service of others not because one feels obliged to live in the service of others. The wonderful reality of such giving is that our bounteous God gives us all that we need. Mahatma Ghandi, a spiritual and political leader of the Indian people, said on one occasion, the problem in the world is not human need and lack of supply but human greed and the storing up of riches for ourselves.
