On moving mountains

The Canaanite woman is an example to us all. She persisted in her prayer of petition. At the heart of her resolve was her great faith which Jesus recognized. Jesus was moved to respond by granting the woman her prayer to heal her daughter. Sometimes we doubt and our faith grows weak. We forget to pray because we don’t believe that what seems impossible to us is possible for God. Only through the eyes of faith can we glimpse the possibility of God. “Woman you have great faith. Let your wish be granted.”
