Sage Bouquet

A Poem by Judith Gunn

look in high branches

for bird song serene

hear no cross words

just tranquil peace

see wisdom in the scent

of sage not pale weeds

taste autumn’s vibrant

braided tinted trees

touch your fellow man

with gentle hands

listen for silence

between bough and breeze

 feel the Trinity
