The missionary’s handbook

In this passage Jesus gives his disciples detailed instructions: travel light, and let the power of the message support you. Vincent Donovan,a missionary to the Masai, applied these instructions almost to the letter, as chronicled in his book Christianity Rediscovered. He was not prepared for the deep changes it required of him, nor for the amazing response of the people. I need to let the gospel transform me first before I can bring it
to others.
