Actions not words

I suspect that when we get to heaven we may find ourselves in some surprising company. Jesus is very clear about this, I may call myself a Catholic, go to Mass on Sunday, say my prayers regularly, but if my actions don’t match up, if I do not reach out to those in need, am not kind and loving to my neighbour then it is worthless.

Not that I am called to save the world, that’s God’s business, just to do what I can, where I can. Let’s pray for the grace to do this.
