A God of Mercy and Compassion

This Sunday is a day of prayer for refugees and migrants. The readings are full of the love and compassion God has for all people, and St Paul talks of the need to help one another and to live in peace and unity. Let us pray today for all those who have had to leave their homes and countries and ask God to inspire us to help them.
