Jesus is the light

A friend takes his children up a mountain on Easter morning to watch the sun rise.
Anamnesis.
To experience the sun rise on the day the Son rose. Sitting in the dark, waiting for the light.
Light that exists even when we cannot see it.
Light slowly filling the void.
Light revealing the shadow.
Light that reveals the Truth.
Light that encourages us to grow.
Light that is Love.

Pope John XXIII said, “Every believer in this world of ours must be a spark of light.” Let us make this real today.
