Unwrap the gift of mercy

“Have mercy, gentle God.
Let the water of your grace
Wash over me.” Patricia Stevenson rsj

God’s mercy is an all-encompassing, embracing, life-giving love. No need to wait until I am good enough, have fulfilled certain obligations or rituals; or until I am in a ‘better space’. I am invited, ‘warts and all’, to stand humbly and honestly within Love’s embrace.

Mercy. It is pure gift. Unwrap it.
